These terms govern your use of the KIRA.id site and services, operated by SAMUEL MATTHEW KOESNADI, Indonesia ("Owner"). KIRA.id is customer-service software for businesses. By connecting your business accounts (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Gmail) and using the platform you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of service

You agree to use KIRA.id only for lawful purposes in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. You are responsible for the configuration, content, and data you connect to the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Payments & billing

Paid features are governed by the additional terms of the integrated payment provider. All fees are subject to written confirmation. Plan pricing starts from Rp 49,000 (~$3) per month plus usage according to your chosen plan.

4. Intellectual property

The KIRA.id brand, software, and content are owned by the Owner or its licensors. You acquire no rights to our intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
