KIRA.id is customer-service software: businesses connect their own customer accounts, and KIRA.id helps manage conversations and responses.

Where possible, document automation runs client-side on your own AI key, and on-edge processing keeps customer data on your own infrastructure. We do not train models on your private data without written permission. We apply appropriate access controls and encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.

4. Data sharing & third-party platforms

We do not sell your data. KIRA.id connects to third-party platforms such as Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), TikTok, and Google (Gmail) only when you connect your own business accounts. The data we access is used to provide a unified inbox and automated replies, not for scraping or public data collection.
