What we build
KIRA.id starts with omnichannel customer service: one inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Gmail, with AI that answers the repetitive questions and hands off to a human. On top of that, businesses can switch on follow-up automation, document & data, marketing and sales, and forecasting step by step. The conversation core is built on top of Chatwoot, a battle-tested open-source project, which we elevate into an enterprise version with an AI layer.
